Championing Data

The IASSIST 2026 virtual conference runs from June 2 to June 5, 2026. Attend to engage, connect, and collaborate around the theme of Championing Data. IASSIST (International Association for Social Science Information Services and Technology) is an international organisation of professionals working with information technology and data services to support research and teaching.

Registration opens in April.

In the meantime, the conference program listing is now available, including all individual presentations and longer block sessions. As outlined in the conference schedule overview, each day of the virtual conference will begin with a plenary speaker followed by individual presentations and blocks in thematic tracks. The program also includes mid-day unconference/birds-of-a-feather sessions for community-based discussion and networking.

To better accommodate global membership, each day’s start time is staggered: on Tuesday and Thursday, the conference will begin at 11AM Eastern time (EDT), on Wednesday at 9AM EDT, and on Friday at 12 noon EDT.

Full schedule details forthcoming with registration in April.
