San José sits in the middle of the country in the Central Valley, and it is surrounded by untouched cloud forests. San Jose is considered as a traditional Central American city and a cosmopolitan urban city. It is home to solid history and culture, outstanding architecture, and friendly locals.

Hosted by Consejo Nacional de Rectores (CONARE) in collaboration with Universidad de Costa Rica (UCR), Tecnológico de Costa Rica (TEC), Universidad Nacional (UNA), Universidad Estatal a Distancia (UNED), Universidad Técnica Nacional (UTN), a three-day hybrid conference will bring together leaders from around the world to tackle some of the biggest data challenges and questions we face today, to share new ideas and explore best practices in using data.
